The membership is found on the same platform as our courses. If you have access to Pelvic Global Academy for courses, please use that same email address if you would like to access your courses and membership with ONE LOGIN. 

I authorize Pelvic Global to charge my account for the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership dues now and each month for a total of 12 months on the monthly renewal date. 

I understand and agree that: Pelvic Global will securely retain my payment information for future billing purposes. 

• This is a one year commitment with a monthly payment plan. After the first year, it becomes a month to month commitment. 
• This recurring authorization is valid and will remain in effect unless/until I notify Pelvic Global at operations@pelvicglobal.com at least 3 business days prior to cancellation. 

There is a refund credit card processing fee for late cancellations. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions.
